I purchased a pair of 25oz from these guys after seeing a post on reddit. I sent them an email when I noticed the package hadn't shipped and they responded quite quickly. After receiving the package, they were too big, and I wanted to exchange for a smaller size. I've sent them three emails and they have not responded to me, so now I am paying $60 out of pocket to send them back within the 14 day window because they haven't responded to me re: a return label. Whether they provide return labels is irrelevant, if they responded and said no we don't do that then its fine, but 3 emails and no response is not great.
