SS25 Raijin Fujin 24oz.
The 15th anniversary edition from Simple&Raw. A special-edition pair of jeans made with heavy 24oz. fabric sent directly from Japan, inspired by the legend of Fujin, the god of wind, and Raijin, the god of thunder. These two deities act as controllers of nature and are important symbols in Japanese art.
The inner pocket lining is hand-painted with a design of Fujin and Raijin standing side by side. The waistband is lined with canvas and features embroidery of the Simple&Raw logo and the Tomoe symbol in silver thread, made exclusively for this model.
Made from 24oz. fabric that has been Sanforized, so it can be worn right away. It uses yarn developed for extra density, woven on a shuttle loom at low tension to create a natural slub texture, then rope dyed so the indigo clings only to the surface of the yarn. As a result, with wear it develops sharp, dimensional fades that are uniquely its own.

Our jeans use vanity sizing, which means the tagged waist size does not correspond to your actual body or true waist measurement in inches. Measure a pair of non-stretch jeans that fits you well:
- Zip, button, and lay them flat
- Measure straight across the waist, then multiply by 2
